1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the relationship between bwinbd (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the bwinbd online casino and sports betting platform available at bwinbd.net (hereinafter "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, bwinbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

1.1 Governing Language

The official governing language of these Terms is English. Any translation made available for convenience shall not have legal effect and shall not be relied upon in the event of a dispute. In all cases, the English version prevails.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bwinbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations whether oral or written.

2 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the bwinbd Platform, including placing wagers and claiming bonuses, you must successfully complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following conditions apply to all registrations.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are only permitted to register and maintain an active account on bwinbd if you satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older at the date of registration. bwinbd operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You are not located in, resident in, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of bwinbd or any of its affiliated companies or partner service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bwinbd Platform or had your account permanently closed by bwinbd for a breach of these Terms.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active bwinbd account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If bwinbd identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same player, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with them will be forfeited in full.

2.4 KYC Verification

bwinbd is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal request. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A copy of your passport (photo page)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter confirming your residential address (dated within the last 3 months)
• A screenshot or confirmation of the mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad) used for deposits

bwinbd reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account, not only at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

bwinbd operates a cashier that supports a wide range of payment methods popular with Bangladesh players. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

bwinbd currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Debit and Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Internet Banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. bwinbd will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of any payment method being added or removed from the cashier. The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bwinbd is ৳200 via any supported payment method. There is no hard maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside bwinbd's control. Players who wish to deposit amounts exceeding standard provider limits should contact our support team to discuss alternative arrangements.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed (see Section 2.4).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless explicitly agreed otherwise by bwinbd's compliance team in writing.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval by our finance team. VIP-tier players benefit from expedited processing within 4 hours.
• bwinbd does not charge a withdrawal fee on its end. Standard fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside bwinbd's control and are the player's responsibility.
• bwinbd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times.

3.4 Responsible Payment Use

Players must only use payment accounts and cards registered in their own name. The use of accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — is strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request will only be approved to an account that is verifiably owned by the registered player.

4 Bonus Terms

bwinbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time they are offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded by bwinbd are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

4.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game types contribute equally towards meeting a wagering requirement. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Slots (all providers): 100% contribution
• Crash Games (Aviator, Spribe titles): 100% contribution
• Fishing Games (Dragon Fishing 2 and similar): 100% contribution
• Live Casino table games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting (pre-match and live): 100% contribution on odds of 1.50 or greater
• Virtual Sports: 50% contribution

bwinbd reserves the right to modify game contribution rates. Current rates are always displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by bwinbd carry an expiry date. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses must be claimed within 14 days of the date they are issued, and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Any unclaimed or unexpired bonus — along with associated winnings — will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

bwinbd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, hedging bets across two accounts, and colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.

5 User Obligations

By using the bwinbd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, or forfeiture of funds.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bwinbd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bwinbd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwinbd Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage in games or betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in casino games or sports betting markets
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or tax evasion
• Transmitting any content via the Platform's communication channels (Live Chat, support email) that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing toward bwinbd staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the bwinbd Platform

5.3 Accurate Information

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change — including your residential address, mobile number, or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

6 Game Rules & Betting

The bwinbd Platform hosts games and betting markets provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the Platform.

6.1 Random Number Generator

All casino games on the bwinbd Platform (including slots, table games, virtual games, and crash games) operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG systems used by our game providers are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. bwinbd does not have the ability to influence or manipulate the outcomes of any certified RNG game.

6.2 Betting Integrity

bwinbd takes betting integrity seriously across all sports betting markets. Bets placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and E-Sports are monitored for irregular patterns. bwinbd reserves the right to void any bet, or withhold any associated payout, where there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, spot fixing, insider betting, or any other integrity violation.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within each individual game interface or betting market. bwinbd reserves the right to impose personalised betting limits on individual accounts where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during an active casino game session or while a sports bet is being placed, bwinbd's servers will record the state of the game or bet at the point of disconnection. The outcome of any game round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by the Platform's server-side records and will be considered final. bwinbd is not liable for losses caused by connection interruptions on the player's end.

6.5 Void Bets and Game Rounds

bwinbd reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where: (a) a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome; (b) a bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error; or (c) an event is cancelled, postponed, or its result is overturned by the relevant governing body. In all such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bwinbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. The following provisions apply.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bwinbd account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bwinbd will process any remaining eligible balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations associated with active bonuses.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of one (1) week up to a maximum of five (5) years. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked against deposits, game play, and bonus claims. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period ends are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours and require written confirmation of intent.

7.3 Forced Closure by bwinbd

bwinbd may immediately suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• bwinbd is required to do so by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Your account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose
• You have engaged in bonus abuse as defined in Section 4.4
• Your account shows evidence of underage gambling

In cases of forced closure due to a breach of Terms, bwinbd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is not the result of a breach — for example, where bwinbd withdraws from a particular market — any eligible balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bwinbd's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bwinbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions of Liability

bwinbd shall not be liable for any of the following under any circumstances:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or periods of downtime that are outside bwinbd's reasonable control, including those caused by third-party providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from the use of your account credentials by an unauthorised third party where bwinbd has not been negligent in the security of our systems

8.2 No Gambling Advice

Nothing on the bwinbd Platform constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any particular wager. Gambling always carries the risk of loss. Past outcomes — whether in casino games or sports betting markets — do not predict future results. You should only ever gamble with funds you can afford to lose, and you should never treat gambling as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The bwinbd Platform contains games and content provided by third-party studios and data providers. bwinbd makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party content displayed on the Platform and accepts no liability for errors or omissions originating from third-party providers.
